Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the USDA Service Center in Abilene is open for business by phone appointment only. While our staff will continue to come into the office, they will be working with our agricultural producers by phone and using email and online tools whenever possible. Field work, including conservation planning assistance, will continue with appropriate social distancing.
